Bidding and Negotiation

Campbell Architects will assist in administering the bidding and construction contract negotiation of the project. Specific tasks shall include; compile bid documentation (plans, specifications, reports, instructions to bidders, and other appropriate information) and issue the information to Contractors, attend/conduct pre-bid conference and pre-bid job walk, prepare addenda and reply to bid questions, conduct/attend bid opening (if requested), review proposals, and assist the client with negotiation of successful General Contractor.
