February 2023 The Brio Community Clubhouse was designed with a high desert contemporary architecture to encompass the vision of the community. The Escape Club House includes several multi-purpose activity rooms; state-of-the-art fitness center and both indoor and outdoor pools and spas. The various amenities were designed to have views of the colorful vistas of southern Utah for the members and guests to enjoy. The Brio Community Clubhouse was truly designed to incorporate the surrounding beauty and aesthetics of the red stone desert landscape.
